Shipping policy

Policy- We ship items within 5 to 7 days once the item is completed. We use the standard shipping rates with UPS unless the customer requests other services such as the next day and they will pre-pay for that service.  For items being returned due to our error, we will pay for shipping, otherwise, the customer must pay for shipping.
